Sandbox and API support
For Sandbox or integration issues, please include:
- account email
- integration path: OpenAI, LangChain, or Direct SDK
- request ID or trace ID, if available
- what you expected to happen
- what actually happened
For runtime feedback, email support@admissible.io with the subject "Runtime Feedback".
Access review
Admissible AI account and runtime access are currently available only to users accessing from the United States.
If you are in the United States and your access was blocked, email support for review with your account email, organization if applicable, and network details. VPNs, proxies, corporate gateways, and privacy tools may affect location verification.
Feedback
Signed-in users can send feedback from the Account page. Please do not include passwords, API keys, secrets, credentials, payment data, health data, confidential enterprise data, or other sensitive information in feedback messages.
